NEW NATURAL TILE LOOKS FOR 2009

Stylish, hygienic and inherently ‘green', natural floor and wall tiles continue to be incredibly popular.

No longer just a kitchen and bathroom staple, stone is now being used throughout the home, both indoors and outdoors, to create a seamless look.

Whilst mosaics and smaller tiles are still very popular, larger sized slabs are becoming increasingly sought-after, often measuring 900 x 600mm square or in a random pattern incorporating these larger pieces.  Bespoke tiles over 1m in length are also popular and are available by special order.

Large pavers with pillowed or tumbled edges create a distinct, organic look that's the perfect complement to a rustic or traditional interior, or in a more contemporary environment, they set off an on-trend ‘old and new' look perfectly.  They are available in a huge variety of materials, textures and tones, from smooth creamy beige limestone to inky black riven slate.

indigenous offers a wide range of terracotta, slate and stone products, which are individually sourced by its founder, Joss Thomas, from around the world.

For more information, please contact indigenous on tel. 01993 824200, email enquiries@indigenoustiles.com or visit www.indigenoustiles.com. indigenous is committed to reducing its carbon footprint and offsets its carbon emissions by planting a tree every month in the Great Rift Valley, Kenya.  It also supports the registered charity Anti-Slavery International: www.antislavery.org charity no 1049160.
