First-time buyers can gain a low-interest loan covering up to 50% of the purchase price of a brand new home at George Wimpey's Living @ Park 25 development in Redhill.
The Government's First-Time Buyer Initiative (FTBi) provides qualifying customers with the opportunity to reduce the mortgage value they need to secure, while still owning 100% of their home.
Interest-free for the first three years, the fourth year is 1%, fifth year is 2% and then the sixth year is 3%, when the loan interest rate is capped.
The initiative is available on selected properties at the development, including two-bedroom apartments which have an FTBi price from just £99,998*.
